Jetpac is a Singapore-based eSIM provider that combines data plans for many destinations with special travel perks. It became known mainly for free airport lounge access when your flight is delayed. Our assessment is based on plans, features and user reviews, not on our own hands-on testing.

Plans & pricing

Jetpac offers country and regional packages with fixed amounts of data plus unlimited options for selected destinations. Prices are competitive, especially for destinations in Asia. The plans are easy to compare, though the destination list is a little smaller than at the largest marketplaces. No phone number is included.

As with other providers, unlimited options come with a fair use policy. You can compare prices directly with other providers on our destination pages. Payment is by credit card or common wallets, and validity usually starts with the first connection in your destination.

App & setup

The app has a modern design and makes purchase and installation easy. Setup works via QR code or directly in the app. The special feature: with eligible plans, you get access to an airport lounge if your flight is delayed. The exact conditions, such as the minimum delay and participating airports, are set out in Jetpac's terms. Hotspot use is allowed.

After purchase, the app shows remaining data, validity and network information. For the lounge perk, you usually need to add your flight details in the app. Top-ups are available in the app.

Customer support & reviews

Support is available via chat and email. Users highlight the ease of use and travel perks. Critical voices occasionally mention activation issues and restrictions in the lounge conditions. Overall, reviews are good, although there are fewer of them than for the market leaders.

Who is it for?

Jetpac is interesting for frequent flyers who want perks like lounge access on top of their data plan, and for travelers to Asia, for example Thailand, Singapore or Japan. If the lowest price is your top priority, compare the plans with other providers.

A note on the lounge perk: it is a nice extra but should not be the only reason to buy. Network quality, price and data allowance matter most. Before your trip, check whether your departure airport participates and what delay is required. For trips with a layover, for example via Dubai or Singapore, Jetpac can be an appealing combination.

Our verdict

Jetpac combines fair data plans with original travel perks such as lounge access when your flight is delayed. The app is modern and simple. The destination list and number of reviews are smaller than at the market leaders.
